My journey began with humble roots; my family immigrated from Thailand, and we grew up in Idaho. Through hard work and dedication, I achieved educational success and landed my first job as a Customer Service Representative for one of the major television industries. From there, I eagerly absorbed all the information and skills available to me, steadily building my expertise.
